He previously spent four years at ASK Investment Managers (a Blackstone company), managing ~₹2,000 crore across multi-cap PMS and large-cap AIF strategies. He later led PMS at a boutique wealth firm, where he conceptualized and managed differentiated strategies. Bhaskar has over seven years of equity research leadership experience at CRISIL and has worked with Edelweiss, CARE, and Irevna. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from TAPMI Manipal, and has cleared CFA Level II.

Mr. Jaisinh Suchak brings over 23 years of financial services experience, with more than a decade on the buy side. He was a key part of Milestone Resources — the family office of the Landmark Group — where he invested across global asset classes spanning public markets and private equity. Before that, he spent four years with JM Financial's Institutional Equities Research team. A Chartered Accountant and MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Jaisinh combines deep analytical rigour with broad cross-asset investing experience.

Mr. Manit Ankhad is Director and Head of Quantitative Investment Strategies at Dolat Capital, where he leads the research, design, and deployment of quantitative strategies in Indian markets. With a strong background in computer science and finance, his work spans factor research, signal construction, portfolio optimization, and risk management across long-only and long-short strategies. Previously, he held quantitative strategy roles at Edelweiss Global Markets, SMC Global, and Angel One. Manit combines statistical rigor, market microstructure expertise, and practical implementation experience to deliver robust, scalable investment strategies across market regimes.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar is the Head of Business at NSDL Database Management Ltd, leading the Business for its entire Capital Market initiatives & strategies. With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, he focuses on integrating technology into investment solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. He also provides guest lectures for university students (Graduation & Post-Graduation).

Mr. Rishi Agarwal is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Accountant, and Certified Fund Manager with over a decade of global experience in finance, assurance, and investments. He worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) advising multinational clients on specialized audit, controls, and risk frameworks. His expertise spans investment strategy, risk management, and portfolio construction for family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors. At Aarth Growth Fund, Rishi institutionalises the voluminous micro-cap segment by replacing fragmented practices with process discipline, team accountability, and system-based decision-making.

Mr. Rohit is an accomplished data scientist and investment professional with extensive experience in AI/ML-driven quantitative investing, financial engineering, and data science. Before co-founding ArthAlpha, he served as the CIO at True Beacon, where he led the launch of India’s first AI- driven long-only quantitative equity fund. Rohit brings over 20 years of experience in financial markets across India, Singapore, and the United States, with a stellar track record of building quantitative investment strategies in both Indian and global markets. He is a Chartered Accountant turned data scientist with the CFA (US) charter and a Sloan Fellow (MS Business) from Stanford GSB. He also holds graduate certificates in AI/ML and Data Science from MIT and Harvard.

Mr. Sandeep holds an MBA in Finance from NMIMS and is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from Amravati University. With 32+ Years of experience in public/ private equity investing and corporate finance. He was formerly a Partner at a USA-based private equity firm - Frontline Ventures & was also Head of B2B Investments at ICICI Ventures.

Mr. Sandeep is an IIM Bangalore alumnus with 19 years in wealth management. He previously scaled a leading wealth firm from the ground up to $3.5 billion in AUM. He co-founded Dezerv with a focus on addressing the financial complexities that HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices face.

Mr. Sandip is Associate Vice President – Investments (PMS & AIF) at ICICI Prudential AMC, where he has been part of the organization since 2008. With over a decade of experience across business development, product strategy, and alternate investments, he currently focuses on equity research and multi-manager PMS strategies. He plays a key role in developing quantitative models for stock selection and contributes to investment decision-making. As part of the core alternates team, he engages with corporates, family offices, and partners, offering insights on products and investment processes. Sandip is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from MS University of Baroda.

Mr. Susmit is an IIM Bangalore alumnus with over two decades of experience spanning asset management and venture capital. He spent nearly 12 years at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, across portfolio management and sales leadership roles, followed by over 3 years at Antler, a global early-stage VC fund. At Dezerv, he leads business growth and new initiatives.

Mr. Vignesh Shankar is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record in driving growth across multiple industries. Currently, as Founder & Managing Partner at Artha99 since 2021, he leads investment screening, deal structuring, and portfolio expansion. Previously, as Managing Director at Stanley Engineered Fastening India, he significantly boosted revenue from $12M to $50M and enhanced operating margins. At SBD Asia, he played a pivotal role in increasing revenue from $140M to $190M while spearheading the company’s expansion into Electric Mobility and Medical Technologies. Vignesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's in Commerce from the University of Madras. He also serves as a Corporate Finance and Strategy lecturer at Amity Business School and is an experienced speaker on Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Vijay Bharadia is a market veteran with 29 years of experience, best known for his expertise in small and mid-cap investing and a standout 5-year CAGR of 47%. Having started his career in 1997, he has built and led multiple investment platforms across proprietary and institutional businesses, working closely with over 100 institutions. Vijay is admired for his disciplined investment philosophy, deep understanding of businesses, and long-term mindset. A lifelong learner, he will be attending Harvard University in May 2026 for advanced executive studies.

Mr. Vinit has been with JM Financial since November 2006 and brings over 20 years of overall experience, including more than 16 years in investing across India. As a founding member of the core investment team at JM Financial Private Equity (JMFPE), he has played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s early- and growth-stage investments and executing several successful exits. Before joining JMFPE, Vinit gained diverse experience in commercial and investment banking with leading institutions including ABN Amro Bank, Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, and Brescon Corporate Advisors. Mr. Vinit is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College, University of Mumbai.
