Mr. Radha Raman Agarwal is a Rank Holder Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, with over 20 years of experience across finance, corporate management and investment management. He has held key roles at leading organisations including Asian Paints and Pidilite, gaining expertise across finance, supply chain, treasury and margin management. Combining this corporate experience with his passion for equities, he founded Swyom Advisors Limited, a SEBI-registered asset management company offering Alternative Investment Funds. Its flagship Swyom India Alpha Fund was launched in September 2023. Mr. Agarwal actively shares his perspectives on equities, IPOs, alternative investments and long-term wealth creation.

Anand Shah is the Chief Investment Officer – PMS & AIF Investments at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, having joined in February 2021. Under his leadership, the PMS & AIF division has delivered strong investment performance across multiple strategies and time frames. With over two decades of experience in India’s asset management industry, Anand has held senior investment roles at leading institutions. Previously, he served as Deputy CEO and Head of Investments at BNP Paribas Asset Management. Earlier, he was Head of Equities at Canara Robeco Asset Management and held senior roles at ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Kotak Mutual Fund. He holds a PG Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow.

Bhaskar brings nearly 20 years of experience in investment management and equity research, with a strong focus on identifying emerging businesses with high compounding potential. He previously spent four years at ASK Investment Managers (a Blackstone company), managing ~₹2,000 crore across multi-cap PMS and large-cap AIF strategies. He later led PMS at a boutique wealth firm, where he conceptualized and managed differentiated strategies. Bhaskar has over seven years of equity research leadership experience at CRISIL and has worked with Edelweiss, CARE, and Irevna. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from TAPMI Manipal, and has cleared CFA Level II.

Jigar has previously worked with institutions such as HSBC Capital Markets and Kotak Institutional Equities. Prior to founding Buoyant, Jigar was the Director of Research at HSBC, advising top global funds on investing in India. Jigar is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a CFA Charterholder from AIMR, US.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Sandeep has over 20 years of extensive experience in the wealth management industry. In his previous role, Sandeep has started and led the zero-to-one journey of India’s leading wealth management firm, scaling its assets under management to $3.5 billion. With experience of managing assets for some of India's most affluent individuals, he has an in-depth understanding of the challenges and requirements of HNIs, UHNIs and family offices. At Dezerv, Sandeep works with the senior leaders to develop and implement the overall vision, direction, and execution of the company, as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in the product, engineering and growth and marketing teams.

With nearly two decades of experience in equity research and portfolio management, he specializes in capital goods, defence, consumer durables, cement and auto ancillaries. Previously with JM Financial, he worked on marquee capital market transactions and was recognized among Asia-Pacific’s leading equity research analysts.

Vikaas M Sachdeva is a financial services veteran with over three decades of experience across asset management, capital markets, and investment platforms. He is currently CEO of BitDelta India, leading its strategy, market development, and regulatory alignment. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Sundaram Alternates and CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management, where he led a successful turnaround and the acquisition of JP Morgan Mutual Fund in India. He has served on SEBI’s Mutual Fund Advisory Committee and AMFI’s board, heading its ETF and Indexing Committee. He is also Co-Chair of IVCA’s Category III AIF Council.
