Lakshmipathi joined ASK in 2009 as one of the co-founding members of Real Estate Fund business in building FUM of over USD 1 Bn. He is instrumental in setting up the fund raising, deployment and investment management in South India. He has led investments of over USD 195 Mn spread across 17 Mn sq.ft of residential development with excellent exit track records. He has also led the maiden offshore fundraise of USD 90 Mn. Additionally, he leads the legal function. With over 3 decades of experience, he previously worked with ICICI Bank, specializing in Mortgages and real estate funding. He holds a B.Sc. degree from Loyola College, Chennai.
