With over 22 years of professional experience, including approximately 14 years at Aditya Birla Capital, as well as roles at ICICI Bank, Ernst & Young, and other organizations, Mr. Amit Kansal has built a broad and deep expertise in finance and investment. He conceptualized and led the joint venture between Aditya Birla Capital and Värde Partners, a US-based credit fund. At Aditya Birla Finance, he headed the Project & Structured Finance vertical for the North and East regions, delivering project-linked lending, structured debt, and corporate finance solutions to large and mid-market corporates. His experience spans the full investment spectrum, from low-yield instruments to high-yield special situation transactions. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce and a rank-holding Chartered Accountant.
