Pratiksha, a Chartered Accountant and Alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Finance & Strategy), is a seasoned Investment professional with over 15 years of experience across portfolio management, equity research, corporate banking, and taxation. Currently serving as Fund Manager for a PMS product at Aequitas Investment Consultancy, managing bespoke equity portfolios for UHNW individuals and family offices. Pratiksha joined Aequitas in 2018. With over 8 years of experience in financial analysis and equity research, she plays a key role in the research-driven investment process, underpinning Aequitas’ flagship Portfolio Management Services (PMS). In 2022, she took on leadership responsibility as Co-Fund Manager, reflecting confidence in her analytical insight and ability to contribute to investment outcomes. Pratiksha’s investment approach focuses on identifying high-quality companies with strong business fundamentals, scalable growth potential, and attractive valuations, using a blend of growth and contrarian strategies. In addition to portfolio responsibilities, she plays a key role in mentoring young analysts, strengthening internal research frameworks, and improving process efficiencies within the organization. Before Aequitas, Pratiksha worked in corporate banking at Axis Bank as part of the prestigious We Lead Program, handling credit appraisal for large corporates across the pharmaceuticals, NBFCs, paper & packaging, and automobile sectors. Strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment, supported by experience at KPMG in transfer pricing advisory and litigation. Outside work, she is an avid reader and loves spending time with her family.
