Sameer Dharap serves as Fund Manager, Co-Founder, and Sponsor of the Grobiz SME Opportunities Fund, bringing over two decades of experience across management consulting, deal advisory, entrepreneurship, and investment management. A former leader at PwC and KPMG, he has advised on due diligence, transaction strategy, and business transformation across 50+ industries. In parallel, he has scaled his own family-owned enterprises and invested in emerging businesses, providing first-hand insight into governance, execution risk, and disciplined capital allocation within SME environments. He founded an AI-led startup that was featured as a Harvard Business School case study. At Grobiz, his mandate is to build a concentrated, high-conviction SME portfolio focused on scalable businesses with strong governance standards and long-term compounding potential.
