Mr. Pradeep Somu
Co-Founder & CEO
Pradeep brings
over a decade of experience at the intersection of media, content, and finance.
He co-founded HeroTalkies in 2013, one of the earliest OTT platforms built for
Tamil cinema, and led it as CEO through to its acquisition by YuppTV in 2018.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, he worked in management consulting,
including roles advising on banking sector strategy, and holds a Post Graduate
Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business.
Pradeep
co-founded BetterInvest in 2021, bringing his direct experience in OTT and
content financing to build a platform purpose-made for the unique cash flow
challenges of media production. He now leads the company through its expansion
into the regulated AIF space with BetterInvest Media Vision Fund-1.
