Vaibhav is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with over 23 years of experience in wealth management and investment advisory. He began his career at Anand Rathi Wealth Management, advising high net-worth clients across asset classes. He then spent 13 years at IIFL Wealth Management as a member of its founding team. As Senior Managing Partner there, he led wealth managers across western India and advised large families on asset allocation and family office structures. He co-founded Dezerv in 2021, where he is the Head of Investments.
