Sharad Goenka (Founder & CIO) is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank) and CFA (USA) with over 25 years of experience across debt and equity markets. He has completed executive leadership and strategic management programs from IIM Ahmedabad and ISB, bringing a rare convergence of institutional credit depth and equity investing — two parallel 25-year careers now unified in an AIF.
Drawing on credit underwriting expertise spanning Rs. 5 lakh crore across 5,000 companies — large corporates, mid-sized firms, SMEs, PSUs, NBFCs, and MNCs — he developed the proprietary “Dual Prism” investment framework. This approach screens companies first through a debt lens and then an equity lens, delivering a structurally superior risk–reward profile. The framework has been independently validated by Anand Rathi Wealth through NSDL data: April 2020 to December 2025 portfolio CAGR of 25.2%, Jensen’s Alpha of 5.6%, and Up/Down Capture Ratio of 110%.
On the debt and banking side, Mr. Goenka has held leadership roles in corporate banking, treasury, credit underwriting, structured finance, and product development at HDFC Bank (15 years), HSBC (6 years), and Citibank (4 years).
