Shreshth Arora is the Fund Manager and principal architect of the Lighthouse Canton Sectoral Shift Strategy. He pioneered the strategy’s core framework, shaping its factor-driven architecture, sector rotation model, and trend-identification process. He continues to lead the strategy’s evolution, strengthening its quantitative foundations and ensuring it remains robust, adaptive, and aligned with Lighthouse Canton’s investment philosophy. In addition, Shreshth leads Lighthouse Canton India’s broader research function across Listed Equities and Pre-IPO opportunities. He has built and institutionalised proprietary research systems that support idea generation, sector evaluation, and investment decision-making across public markets and late-stage private opportunities. Shreshth has spent about a decade within the financial services space, having worked with firms like SBI Capital Markets and Grant Thornton across equity research, investment banking, and corporate advisory divisions. He brings deep domain expertise in investment analysis, portfolio management & advisory, along with deal due diligence. Shreshth is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
