Siddharth Jain brings over 20 years of experience across investment operations, proprietary investments, and financial services. As Fund Manager of Munoth Hedge Fund, he leads investment research, portfolio construction, stock selection, and investment decision-making, guided by a disciplined, research-driven approach focused on long-term capital appreciation and prudent risk management. His investment approach combines bottom-up fundamental research with financial analysis, valuation discipline, and a focus on business quality, corporate governance, and portfolio diversification. The strategy primarily focuses on listed equities across market capitalisations and sectors, with equity and index derivatives employed, where appropriate and permitted under theScheme’s investment mandate, for hedging and portfolio risk management. Siddharth has played a key role in establishing and developing the group’s financial services business, including an arbitrage desk, sub-broker and remisier network, and a premium brokerage platform for proprietary trading and investments. As Director of the Investment Manager, he also oversees the high-net-worth broking division, bringing broad experience in market dynamics, trading strategies, and investment operations. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and an MBA in Finance, and has cleared the NISM-Series- XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination.
