Mr. Surajkumar Saraogi brings over 30 years of experience in investing, business evaluation and corporate advisory. He actively manages the New Berry PMS portfolio with an approach centered on identifying value through deep business understanding, valuation discipline and an uncompromising focus on governance. Mr. Surajkumar Saraogi has established New Berry Capitals Pvt. Ltd. to manage his personal capital and select HNI capital within a structured institutional framework. Under his leadership, New Berry has successfully built a boutique investment banking business with annual turnover exceeding USD 3 billion. Before founding New Berry Capitals, he served as Managing Director at Keynote Capitals. During his career, he has been associated with more than 100 IPO listings and other transactions across diverse sectors. This has given him direct exposure to promoters, management teams, business models, operating cycles and growth opportunities. As an entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Saraogi evaluates companies with a business-owner’s mindset. His experience in turnaround and restructuring situations has strengthened his ability to look beyond reported earnings and assess the true strength of a business.
