Shivaji Vitthalrao, an accomplished engineer and strategic leader, has over 15 years of extensive experience in aeronautical engineering, automotive domain. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in 2006.Shivaji’s career began with significant contributions to various companies such as Aeronautical Development Agency, Ministry of Defence (Via Sheeba Computers, Business Solutions International, Elsoft Technologies Private Limited), Honeywell, HCL Technologies Limited, and Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Limited. In the latter half of his career, he shifted to a role as an independent consultant, collaborating closely with senior management and promoters of various companies. His expertise has been sought after in high-level strategic presentations to senior management, as well as in events involving global investors, government representatives, and policy makers.He moved to Germany in 2017 and started working for Valeo-Siemens eAutomotive Germany Gmbh. Contributed to software testing of the electric car software. Served customers like Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes and Volvo.Renowned for his innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit, Shivaji has been instrumental in the development and launch of several innovative strategies for software testing, particularly during his tenure as test manager in Valeo-Siemens. He has vast experience of more than 15 years in financial markets of India and global markets. He has a unique way of finding outperforming sectors like PSU, PSE, Realty, Auto are his recent jewels on his crown.
