He has previously served as the Principal Officer of a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser firm, where he was responsible for portfolio construction, investment advisory, regulatory reporting, and end-to-end compliance within SEBI's framework. Mr. Sivaramakrishnan’s hands-on exposure to SEBI-regulated advisory operations, combined with his extensive market knowledge, positions him strongly to lead a Portfolio Management Services (PMS) platform.
