Saurabh Agrawal is an accomplished investment professional with 16+ years of experience across financial institutions, corporate lending, structured credit, and infrastructure financing. As Partner at Spark Asia Impact Asset Management, he brings deep expertise in structured credit, private credit, and venture debt, focused on creating capital solutions for emerging corporates.
From 2018–2025, Saurabh was with Northern Arc Capital and Northern Arc Investments, where he played a pivotal role in building innovative credit solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to Northern Arc, he spent 6+ years at YES BANK, specialising in infrastructure banking, energy-sector financing, and BFSI lending, covering project appraisal, deal structuring, portfolio monitoring, and business development. He also spent 3.5 years at RBL Bank (2014–2018) managing relationships with Indian financial institutions.
Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder, having secured All India Ranks across all three levels of the CA examination. He holds a B.Com in Finance & Accounts from St. Xavier’s College and began his career with an audit internship at PwC, Kolkata.
