Vishal Khatri has 12+ years of professional experience in Investment advisory and investment banking, having a demonstrated track record for identifying stocks, formulating investment strategies and managing risk. He has been associated with various boutique investment banks and advisory companies such as Indcap Advisors, VT Investment Advisors and AFII Corporate Advisors. Has worked in various domains of financial modelling, equity research and analysis with exposure to multiple sectors, M&A due diligence and have also advised on transactions of foreign infra companies in India. He qualification is BBA, MBA (Finance), and a SEBI registered ‘Portfolio Manager’. Designated as Principal Officer at Valtrust PMS.
