This new fund, registered as an open-ended Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), in GIFT-IFSC, aims to raise $100 million to invest in India's booming capital markets. 

Exclusively designed for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), the fund offers a diversified investment approach through a Fund of Funds structure.
