Shubham holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra. With over 6 years of experience in portfolio construction and performance optimisation, he serves as Fund Manager for I-Alpha, Estee's market-neutral arbitrage PMS strategy. As Director, Strategy, he is responsible for the day-to-day construction and monitoring of the I-Alpha portfolio, overseeing how positions are built and hedged as the strategy identifies and captures pricing mismatches across the market. He works closely on refining the strategy's execution, ensuring risk parameters are maintained, and optimising how the portfolio performs across changing market cycles.
