Aniruddha Naha joined PGIM India in April 2018 and is currently CIO – Alternatives. He has over 22 years of experience in the equity and debt market. Aniruddha holds a Masters degree in Finance & Control, Delhi University. Aniruddha’s stock selection philosophy is based on the Growth at Reasonable Price (GARP) principle. He is a strong advocate of managing funds through a well-defined process led strategy with equal emphasis on strong risk management practices. This enables him to focus on consistency of performance over longer term and also protect downside in his pursuit of alpha generation. Risk-adjusted returns become the key outcome metric for such a research and process based approach
