A seasoned finance professional, Vaibhav Shah managed investments worth approximately USD 2 billion and has expertise in fundraising. Vaibhav is currently the Fund Manager of Torus ORO AMC, a new-age portfolio management service for HNIs, managing over Rs 100 crores of AUM. Vaibhav has over 6 years of experience in Asset Management, overseeing significant AUM in both portfolio management as well as advisory services. He has substantial experience as a Portfolio Manager leading a quant investment team that drives impressive returns. Before his current role, he was the VP – Research & Advisory at Orowealth, where he played a pivotal role in shaping investment and advisory strategies. His skills in financial dealings and deal structuring were further honed when he was the Assistant Manager, Investment Banking, at Edelweiss Financial Services. Vaibhav’s commitment to excellence is emphasised by his vision that centres on tailoring strategies to make the wealth management journey more fruitful for clients, with a focus on mitigating risks and capital protection. His keen focus on quant strategies with investment management made him garner a feature in Money Control where he spoke about lower interest rates and softer inflation prints on domestic markets. Vaibhav believes in agility, especially in this constantly volatile market, refining his strategies based on real-time data points and ongoing market dynamics.
