Founded by Mr. Bhavin Shah—an accomplished investment professional with deep expertise in both Indian and Global equity markets—Sameeksha is built on a foundation of disciplined and research-intensive fully integrated with bottom-up investing approach.Sameeksha is a SEBI-registered and IFSCA (GIFT City) regulated boutique investment management firm based out of Ahmedabad. We manage approximately ?2,300 crore across various investment platforms, including Portfolio Management Services, Domestic Alternative Investment Fund and Offshore Alternative Investment Funds, and, Global PMS. Over the past nine years, the firm has consistently delivered industry-leading absolute and risk-adjusted returns. Our Domestic PMS went live on 1st April 2016. Since inception, Sameeksha PMS has achieved an unparalleled feat: On a rolling five-year return basis as of 30th June 2025, top decile ranking among all multicap PMSes for 52 consecutive months and median annualized alpha of 9%. Even more impressive are the risk-based statistics: Sharpe ratio far superior to the benchmark and downside capture of only 41%, far better than all the popular mutual funds majority of the investors have invested in. Sameeksha’s Domestic AIF has also achieved a ranking of 2nd out of 45 funds for the three-year period and 3rd out of 64 funds for the two-year period ending 30th June, 2025 with downside capture of only 30%. We have delivered this performance without taking undue risk and hence our portfolio statistics show superior risk adjusted performance ratios. Sameeksha India Flexicap Equity Fund is a Category-III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) registered with IFSCA and launched in March 2024 by Sameeksha. Strategically located in GIFT City, India’s first International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), the fund is denominated in US dollars and is designed to offer non-resident investors, including NRIs, access to India’s high-growth equity markets. It mirrors the investment strategy of Sameeksha PMS and its India-domiciled AIF.

Sameeksha has achieved an unparalleled feat: On a rolling five-year return basis, top decile ranking among all multicap PMSes for 51 consecutive months and median annualized alpha of 9%. Even more impressive are the risk-based statistics: Sharpe ratio far superior to the benchmark and downside capture of only 41%, far better than all the popular mutual funds we have studied. Sameeksha’s AIF has also achieved top ranking. Bhavin is one of the most awarded (One decade of consecutive number One Rankings by the Global Institutional Investors) professionals in the industry. In his career spanning over nearly thirty years, Bhavin has played leadership roles in building from scratch three top ranked Institutional Equity franchises: Global (JP Morgan), Asian (Credit Suisse) and Indian (Equirus) and now Sameeksha, name that is now recognized for outstanding risk adjusted performance and the standards of integrity and client first approach. Bhavin has totally aligned himself with clients by putting substantial capital of his own both into running Sameeksha as well as into Sameeksha Portfolios, and he has no side portfolio in Indian stocks that he manages for himself. Bhavin holds an MBA degree with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from the top-ranked University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. Bhavin jointly holds two US patents for Microprocessor Design.
