ASK Property & Sotheby’s Launch Luxury Realty-Focused AIF

This venture, the ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund, will target Rs 1,500 crore in equity capital, including a Rs 500 crore greenshoe option, according to media reports.

Registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund, the fund will focus on investing in high-end residential developments across major Indian cities and premium holiday destinations. Investments will be concentrated in projects featuring luxury residences priced at Rs 8 crore and above.

The fund aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors by capitalizing on the burgeoning demand for luxury real estate. It will target a diverse investor base, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and global investors.

Both ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby's International Realty will contribute significant capital to the fund, demonstrating their strong commitment to its success.

The fund plans to complete its first close in the first quarter of FY 2026, followed by the final close and greenshoe option in the third quarter of FY 2026. It intends to invest in 3-4 carefully selected projects annually.
