PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited has announced a leadership change in its Portfolio Management Services (PMS) division.

Mr. Surjitt Singh Arora will step down as Principal Officer and Key Personnel of the PMS business effective from the close of business hours on July 30, 2025.

The company has appointed Mr. Mohit Khanna as the new Principal Officer and Key Personnel with effect from July 31, 2025.

Mr. Khanna, 38, holds an MBA and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He brings over 15 years of equity market experience, having previously served as Fund Manager at Purnartha Investment Advisers, Senior Equity Analyst at Banyan Capital Advisors, and held research roles at Future Generali Life Insurance, Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities, and Value Research Stocks.
