In his last role as Director of Strategic Equity Transactions at Deutsche Bank, he had a strong track record in structuring bespoke equity solutions for corporates and family offices, having executed complex transactions including a €650 million pre-IPO minority stake acquisition and a €1.0 billion structured hybrid equity investment.
